Mr Crabb is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has been actively engaged in mining and exploration for the past thirty four years in both publicly listed and private exploration companies. He has considerable experience in field activities, having been a drilling contractor, quarry manager and mining contractor. Mr Crabb also has extensive experience as a director of Australian publicly listed companies. In resource company management, he achieved notable success amongst others as a director of Gasgoyne Gold Mines NL which was involved in the discovery and development in 1989 of the Yilgarn Star Gold Mine, a major gold producer in WA. He is Chairman of ASX listed Thundelarra Exploration Ltd, an exploration company active in nickel and base metals in the East Kimberley region of WA.
Matthew Vernon Hogan, Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary (MAICD)
Mr Hogan has had over 16 years experience in the stockbroking industry.
He joined Hogan & Partners, participant of the Australian Stock Exchange
Group at its inception in 1992.
As a representative of Hogan & Partners, Mr Hogan has been closely involved
in bringing a number of company listings to the ASX (including United
Minerals Corporation NL) the underwriting of shareholder entitlement issues
and corporate placements. Prior to his stockbroking career, Mr Hogan worked
in the business services division of International accounting firm Ernst &
Young. Mr Hogan’s experience also includes a previous Directorship of an
Australian Public Listed Company, Ezenet Limited and is a Director of Venus
Resources Limited.
Barry Fehlberg, Executive Director -
Exploration

Mr Fehlberg is a Geologist with over 39 years of experience in the Australian and International minerals exploration industry. He has served as a Director of publicly listed mining and exploration companies since 1979. His work has focused on discovery based exploration for gold, base metals, diamonds and more recently, iron ore and bauxite in Australia and overseas. Mr Fehlberg has worked extensively in both the East and West Kimberley provinces since 1971. Mr Fehlberg has participated in the discovery and identification of a number of mineral and diamond deposits, with the Bellevue, Mt Gibson and Bulla bulling gold deposits all having advanced to commercial production.
Malcolm Roger Joseph Randall, Non Executive Director

Mr Randall has had extensive experience in management and marketing in the resource sector with the Rio Tinto group of companies. This has included senior technical and commercial roles in Hamersley Iron Pty Ltd and business development activities for Argyle Diamonds in China, Thailand and India and establishment of Argyle's Antwerp sales office for polished stones. From 1993 to 1996 he was Managing Director of Biron Corporation following which he has undertaken consultancy roles for Ocean Resources NL for the first diamond Contract of Work awarded in Indonesia, consultant to Golden Tiger Resources NL on their Vietnamese mineral opportunities and commercial advisor to the Hope Downs Iron Ore project. Mr Randall is also a Non-Executive Director of Thundelarra Exploration Ltd and Chairman of Iron Ore Holdings Ltd.
Alan Gordon Birchmore, Non Executive Director
FAICD
Mr. Birchmore has occupied senior Board appointments of listed companies in Australia, the United Kingdom, mainland Europe and the United States of America and has an extensive background in international resource management. He was Managing Director of a range of Bond Corporation industrial and mining subsidiaries, finally becoming Chief Executive of New York listed Bond International Gold. In that company, he was responsible for a worldwide workforce of 6,000 across Canada, the United States, South America and Australia, including overall responsibility for the development of the Super pit in Kalgoorlie which, in joint venture with Homestake Mining of the US, became Australia's largest gold mining operation. He was a Director of the historical Argyle joint venture through to its development as the world's largest diamond mine. In 1990, as a major shareholder, he became Chairman of St Barbara Mines Limited. Following listing and during the time of his Stewardship the company became highly profitable, registering market capitalisation growth from $12 million to $440 million. He retired from the Board of St Barbara in 1997. As Chairman, he then undertook the restructuring and listing of Mermaid Marine Australia Ltd, finally standing down from that role in 2006, once the original undertakings and forecasts to shareholders had been fully met. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).
David Anthony Craig, Non Executive Director

Mr Craig is an experienced businessman and lawyer, who has held Executive and Board positions in the fields of law, financial services and the resources industry. As a Partner of a major Perth law firm he specialised in resources and commercial legal advice, which included work on resources joint ventures, the acquisition and disposal of interests in companies and projects, and capital raisings by companies. This was followed by ten years in the financial services industry as a Stockbroker and an Executive Director in a national stockbroking and investment banking company. Mr Craig then spent five years working with Woodside Petroleum Ltd in an Executive position in the field of public and government affairs. He brings to the Board expertise in the law, financial markets, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, strategic planning, and risk management.
